We liked it. The beds were nice in our room. Hotel is located in the center of the city but the street was usually noisy. Host was helpful!
Air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the internet was fast and reliable.
The parking situation was not ideal, as it was not very safe and was not accessible for cars with low clearance. The walls in the room were also very thin, making it easy to hear noise from adjacent rooms.

This accommodation is perfectly located, as it is just near the pedestrian street and very close to the city center. the rooms are clean and tidy, with a typical Bulgarian bathroom. the staff is amicable and accommodating, and the hotel has some useful facilities, including excellent internet access and stylish decoration.
The parking area lacks security, throwing much doubt about safety measures.

We had an amazing stay in this city thanks to the hotel's great location right next to the city center, making it easy for us to explore and visit tourist spots. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. They even had a secure parking lot with an easy access alley for tourists. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their service made our stay even more enjoyable.

I appreciated the central location of the hotel, as it was close to both the bus station and the many restaurants in the area. the staff provided good internet, which was great for my business trip.
Although the hotel had some nice aspects, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms. the rubbish in the bins was not emptied during my three-night stay, and the room could have been cleaner.
